Xodia is a visual editor for your website's real code. These guides show you how to set it up, connect your AI, edit your site and publish it through the host you already use.

## Start here

The six things most people do first, in order.

- [Create your account](https://docs.xodia.ai/get-started/account)
- [Start or import a project](https://docs.xodia.ai/get-started/new-project)
- [Ways to connect your AI](https://docs.xodia.ai/ai)
- [Save, restore and publish](https://docs.xodia.ai/get-started/save-and-publish)
- [Connect your host](https://docs.xodia.ai/integrations/hosts)
- [Plans, trial and limits](https://docs.xodia.ai/billing/plans)

## Set up your AI

Connect the AI app you already use, then ask it to work on your site. Every plan includes it. For the helper that runs from Xodia's ask box, and every other way, see [Ways to connect your AI](https://docs.xodia.ai/ai).

#### Claude Code

1. Open Terminal (Mac) or PowerShell (Windows). No Claude Code yet? Install it first, as in the From Xodia steps.
2. Add Xodia's plugin marketplace.

   Terminal:

   ```
   claude plugin marketplace add https://app.xodia.ai/plugin/marketplace.json
   ```
3. Install the Xodia plugin. It adds the connection and short commands; skills load from your Xodia account. Needs Claude Code 2.1.224 or later.

   Terminal:

   ```
   claude plugin install xodia@xodia
   ```
4. Restart Claude Code, type /mcp, choose xodia and sign in.

#### Claude app

1. Open Claude's Add custom connector window, or in Claude go to Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector.

   [Open Claude's Add custom connector window](https://claude.ai/chats?modal=add-custom-connector#customize/connectors/)
2. Paste this URL.

   MCP server URL:

   ```
   https://app.xodia.ai/mcp
   ```
3. Click Connect and allow access.
4. In a chat, ask: "Use xodia to work on my Xodia requests." The first time Claude asks to use each Xodia tool, choose Allow always.

#### Other apps

1. Add a remote MCP server: type Streamable HTTP, sign-in with OAuth, and this URL.

   MCP server URL:

   ```
   https://app.xodia.ai/mcp
   ```
2. Sign in to Xodia when the app asks, then ask it to work on your Xodia requests.

Then paste this into your AI to pick up what you ask for in Xodia:

Ask your AI:

```
Use xodia to work on my Xodia requests.
```
